Maths Week 2023
Maths Week 2023 was so much fun.
We had shape hunts around our corridor and "maths eyes" hunts out in the school yards. We had puzzle time. We played maths games. The older girls came every day to the younger classes and played maths games like snap, snakes and ladders, dominoes, robot run, ladybirds, monster mash to name only a few! PE was maths orientated, as was art. We made shape pictures! We coloured by number, dot to dotted and coloured by shape. We used our ipad time with maths games.
The highlight of the week was our maths quiz held in the hall for all our senior girls in mixed teams. It ended in a three way tie! It really got our brains working:)
